Using pedestals, it is possible to quickly and efficiently level the terrace frame, even on uneven surfaces. The adjustable pedestals come in various heights. They are often used in areas where foundation drilling or screw piling is not possible due to existing utilities or drainage. These pedestals allow for work to be carried out in all seasons. If over time the terrace structure shifts or settles, it’s enough to remove a couple of decking boards and adjust the height of the terrace by fine-tuning the pedestals underneath.
